I'm not giving 4/5 for the failure of this part but for the bolts that hold it in place! The threaded hole in the gear that takes the bolts through the ears is maybe a half inch, and yet they put 2.5 inch long bolts. That means either lowering the frame support or raising the transmission. screws to release the frame.
