I purchased this directly from the company. It is still in my living room boxed up after 4 weeks. They say it is easy to install but they do not provide most of the items needed to install in their accessory Box. Especually the tracing paper and hooks for the ceiling casset. Nor is the online manual clear abt what hooks, screw, and what size. Probably some of the most important pieces for a DIY install. Good luck finding an air condition company to help you. When I reached ourt tto Senville I was told search the internet. When I finally opened the box and found things were missing. I called the company and got a voicemail!. I then emailed the company. I waited one week and no one responded. I then sent a second email. I got a response stating someone from tech support will call to help you. They totally dismissed my inquiry regarding where my accessories were. I emailed a second time as nobody ever contacted me from "tech support". I am VERYdisappointed in the customer service. When I inquired how to I return the product I received no response.I am sorry I purchased this item. Do your homework and find someone first to install it before you purchase it. I guess nowadays to get anyone's attention I will have to get an attorney involved. Buyer beware.
