Review on Elite Screens CineTension 96 Inch Diagonal by Matthew Frandsen

I bought this screen for my home theater a few years ago. The screen worked fine for the first few months, but then wrinkles appeared in several places and I turned to Screen Elite for help. Since the product was still under warranty, a replacement was sent to me. The replacement unit was in good condition and worked fine for a couple of months, and then I started having more serious problems. When the screen shuts down, it knocks every 3-4 seconds. And the sound is even louder when the screen is raised and it's very annoying. I've attached a video - listen to it. I contacted Elite Screens again and also sent them the audio recording but got no help as the product was out of warranty. They didn't even help me troubleshoot and/or fix the issue. I have no idea what is wrong and how to fix it. Until this worked the screen was fine, but every time I work with the screen I really don't like the elite screens' customer support.
