Review on Eagle Creek Packable Daypack Black by Omar Austin

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very compact and lightweight

The best thing about this everyday backpack is its pack size. It folds up into a very small space when packing for a trip, as we traveled to Europe last fall where space in our suitcases was at a premium. We wanted a small backpack for day trips to Budapest, Germany and Italy and it filled the need. Although it is very light, it stands up to all-day hiking and commuting. I liked the security tabs that protect the zippers from someone trying to easily climb in while traveling on public transport or in crowded places. It's a fairly small package, but has enough space for food/snacks, bottled water, and other essentials. However, it's not big enough to hold more than one jacket or sweater. Overall I'm happy with the performance on our trip and will find other uses for it in the future.
