The shampoo arrived very well protected, wrapped several times in several layers of packaging and not a single bottle leaked on delivery. The shampoo did not improve my heavily chlorine-soaked hair. However, my hair is more like straw paper than it was before I invested in a multi-pack of shampoo. and given that I drank three and a half bottles along with the conditioner, this gave me no reason to buy it again; very harsh on my hair, I've tried another brand of swim conditioner but at double the price I'm switching to a different formula. I wish this product would still work with my hair. It's definitely not the same one I used a few years ago.
