Review on Secure Your Bike with the evo Quick Release Skewer Set: Anti-Theft 3 Piece Locking Skewers by David Bowens

The bolts have a 5-point wrench that prevents using a regular hex wrench to loosen the bolts. This is great and the casual thief will give up. I haven't seen a way to use the rear axle bolt. It is much smaller in diameter than the original. This is shown in the picture. I would appreciate advice on this. It would be nice to find a quick lock that attaches to the frame with these screws so I can just turn the key and the hook will secure the frame to the post or post. If they cannot remove the wheels or the seat, all that remains is to connect the frame to the floor. I want it to be very quick.
