This product is high in nutrients and protein, but you already know it. What I don't like: 1) Very little powder in the container. 1 serving is 1 scoop or 31g, of which 20g is protein. Only 11 servings per container. I lift weights (heavy, 4 times a week + cardio) so I need more. Long story short, this thing took me 3 days. Doesn't quite pay off. 2) Not fully miscible with the recommended amount of water. I had to add more water to get rid of all the pieces. 3) I'm not sure if this is good or bad but for some reason every time I drank this I took the world's biggest stinky dudu for 2-3 hours. Even if I already had a bowel movement in the morning, I take a portion in the evening and bang! How much of these nutrients is my body actually absorbing and how much am I losing? Well good thing it only lasted 3 days, those were the only days I had this problem (or blessings? idk.)
