Healthy and stuff, BUT.

This product is high in nutrients and protein, but you already know it. What I don't like: 1) Very little powder in the container. 1 serving is 1 scoop or 31g, of which 20g is protein. Only 11 servings per container. I lift weights (heavy, 4 times a week + cardio) so I need more. Long story short, this thing took me 3 days. Doesn't quite pay off. 2) Not fully miscible with the recommended amount of water. I had to add more water to get rid of all the pieces. 3) I'm not sure if this is good or…

Pros
  • 3 full servings of fruit and vegetables per serving. Alfalfa, Spirulina, Chlorella and Acai.
Cons
  • Little things

I mix these plant-based protein powders with water at about half the recommended dilution or less, resulting in nothing more than a mix that adds flavor and texture. I use them as an appetite suppressant to avoid snacking. The chocolate for it is wonderful - very sweet and chocolaty. Both peanut and peanut/chocolate are subtle, with a slight hint of peanut. I use them before bed as I've found that the scent of chocolate keeps me awake (I've tried several times, no questions asked). Vanilla has…

Pros
  • Add a 12-ounce scoop or more to your favorite beverage, make the perfect smoothie, or add to your favorite muffin, cake, cookie or brownie recipe.
Cons
  • Crumpled

I bought the canister in the store, I liked it and decided to buy more Revain because the price is better (currently). My opinion of this protein powder would be drastically different if I were drinking it for flavor and "filling". But like green…
