I was in doubt about buying them, everyone said that the sizes are difficult to determine, well I definitely agree, I have a 6 inch wrist, I am one thin person. I was beyond disappointed with the product, one end is very loose and the other tighter one isn't tight at all, it's so loose it twists around my wrist, I had to squeeze hard to relieve the pain. Lesson learned, stick with Tommy Copper, some extra cash but you do your job.
