Collet on the first one was crooked. All bits had noticeable wobble of about 1/8 inch. Returns via UPS pickup are very easy and fast. The collet on the second doesn't hold well enough, causing the bits to slip out. The drills did not cut the jaws regardless of the torque setting. The second was previously opened, as evidenced by the unfastened straps and a weakened second battery. I have lost confidence in the product and the seller so I will not ask for a replacement.
