What a wonderful product. My cats love this as it gives them a new hiding spot as well as quick access to the litter box. Installation is easy, with a little tweaking BEFORE final installation. The instructions are well written but I would still add a drywall saw and nail finder to the items needed. Once you've found a spot to install, making sure there aren't any wall studs in the way, lay out the template and start cutting. Assemble carefully before final assembly as the adhesive strips are very sticky. As you can see from the attached photos the finished product looks very nice and is a big plus for the smooth wall finish. In terms of cost, it's a bit overpriced, especially if you're renting out to a handyman. Overall this is a great product that I would recommend to all cat lovers, your cat will love it!
