Review on SpiraLife Pro Vegetable Spiralizer - Premium Spiral Vegetable Slicer, Zucchini Spaghetti Maker Kitchen Utensil with Recipe eBook Package & 3 Blades by Kawaguchi Burgess

Safe, compact, efficient and easy to clean

This is the second coil I've bought to test. The first $10 worked well, but inserting and removing the blade was dangerous. I returned it. Models like this, with an all-plastic body and attached blade, are much safer to insert, remove, and handle. It also disassembles for apartment storage, which is well thought out. I don't have to cut a long zucchini like a cheap model does. The vegetable holder also works adequately. In general, the device works well. The suction is great and the suction lever is a bit difficult to operate, but you know it's in place when you twist it all the way. The spirals are even, the handle rotates easily. (The only thing I didn't expect was that I would have to pull or cut the spools every 4 turns or so or else they would be too long to thread onto the fork. That goes for all spools.) Very light to clean. I love the built in storage. I think having 7 or 10 blades is too much for me so this set of 3 blades is perfect. The photo shows my first tests after washing. Zucchini, onion and apple. Daughter with braces loves thin apple slices.
