I would like to give it 6 stars for battery life because I don't know if there is another laptop with similar specs that will let you work offline with the same battery life. After lowering the CPU voltage, temperatures are fine, mid 60s to mid 70s, in game at 1440p Ultra settings with a TimeSpy score of around 8300. The 2080 Super rarely goes above 65C when afterburner goes through the overclocking curve. The screen is very nice, accurate colors, almost no ghosting or edge blur, which I think is true of most new 300Hz panels. The build is solid, the bottom flexes a bit, the display hinges are solid, and the keyboard feels good. MOTHERBOARD RIGHT SIDE UP! Anyone who's owned a GS65 knows that an upside down mobo is upgrade hell. no longer! I added a second NVME to get more space but the standard SSD works fine reading 3300 in Crystal. I removed DragonCenter and used SilentOption to control the fan which really makes the cooling better and quieter. All in all, MSI does a great job with this device. A massive upgrade from the GS65.
