Review on Vesta Configuration Management System by Justin Hill

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Easy sharing & controlling over remote projects

The best thing about vesta is that it supports both centralized as well as decentralized version control. I can access my source code files anywhere in the world with just one account. There are no limitations on file sizes or amount of project files you can have. It's not easy to use for newbies. It takes some time before they get used to its complexity. If you are looking for a free distributed version control tool with support for multiple programming languages then this software is your choice. We are using vesta to share our design documents and source code. This makes it easy for us to work together remotely without having to worry about file size limits.
