I've spent too much money on too many pillows to find one that helps my cervical spine (c6 herniated disc). Neck pillows really hurt me and I just can't sleep on them. They are also not comfortable at all. I've tried this freak of Trump's pillows and actually think they're among the worst I've ever bought (not just because I don't like them - I mean, if it would help me sleep better, I would put up with it). The latex pillows were too hard. The gel pads were definitely too firm for me. The buckwheat pillows were actually ok as you can find a proper loft but it's quite hard and very noisy when you move. Sobakawa's plastic bead pillow is actually quite good, but it has a chemical smell and I didn't have the patience to wear it down over time. It also doesn't have a pillowcase, so it gets a little stiff after a while (though not as hard as a buckwheat flour pillow). As a side pillow, this is the best I've tried. The pillow cushion is by far the nicest and plushest I've tried. And the ability to change the loft by removing the foam makes it almost perfect for me. Coop makes some really good pillows too and if you're looking for a more traditional pillow then you can't go wrong. In both cases, the crushed foam is very small, which allows you to get a beautiful loft to your liking. The problem with MyPillow, aside from possibly being run by a rebel trying to impose martial law on everyone, is that the cuts in the crushed foam are quite large. It's like foam golf balls, so it's hard to find a suitable loft. The necklines on the Zoe and Coupe are pea-sized and that makes them MUCH more comfortable. But actually, Zoe's pillowcase is just gorgeous. I haven't found a pillow that has anything like this yet. A good second point is the bamboo covers on the coop. They are very sweet.
