The information at the bottom of the listing says both chains are the same length, 19.7 inches. However, one of the images on the page (which you click) says the women's chain is 17.7 inches and the men's chain is 19.7 inches. the ones we received measured 17.5" for the women's chain and 19.25" for the men's chain. They sat high (rather than low or adjustable) on both men and women (see photo) and it seemed to be the right length. 2) The lobster clasps are very small (difficult to open for someone like me with fingernails).
