No hardware and it will NOT work with the diamond back mountain bike I ordered from Costco. If you have brake cables in front of your bike, this basket will not work. The 2 half loops that should be used for attachment don't bend easily. Additionally, this basket is very sturdy and well made, it would probably fit a cruiser bike that doesn't have speed or brake cables up front. It has 2 holes on the front if you want to attach it with zip ties or other hardware. Two hooks hang 5.5 inches from the bottom of each hook to the bottom of each hook.
