Buy! If you have a small dog (I weigh 19 pounds) you will love this! The collar is ideal for small necks as it is narrow and lightweight. Basically, I wanted a collar that offered comfort. My rescue dog doesn't even notice his new decoration! The red is bright and the same as in the picture.
