Review on 🐠 Finnex FugeRay LED Aquarium Light with Moonlights by Kristen Rivera

Installed May 8, 2014. Nice bright LED. Seems to be very well built. I've only used it for about 24 hours in 2 days but still haven't burned out. It appears to dissipate heat very well, preventing one of the main causes of premature LED failure. Mine is installed under the hood so ventilation isn't very good. However, it can only have a temperature of 70-80 degrees. Luke feels warm. I also love that you can independently control bright white or cool blue light with toggle switches on either side of the fixture. The mounting base isn't anything special, but it works pretty well. Because of my hood, I couldn't use the set screws to attach it to my tank, but I don't really find it necessary with the hood. When free, it can also be easily moved for water changes/testing. Also has plenty of cord to get to your outlets. I've posted some user photos with sizing notes and such if you're interested. I will definitely come back and update if there are any issues.
