This kickstand is amazing. I went with the normal one instead of the heavier-duty one advertised, and this one is plenty strong enough. I had originally bought a Bell kickstand off the shelf at Walmart, and it was way too flimsy to hold up my bike. I have a highbred adult (25") road bike, so the tires and frame are a little heavier then a normal road bike, but this kickstand is definitely sturdy enough to hold up my bike. The extension feature works perfectly, and the wide foot helps keep the bike stabilized. It was very easy to install, I had no problem finding an allen wrench that would work. Altogether, I am very pleased with this purchase
