Good for music but not for conference calls
These devices are good for listening to music and are inexpensive. Jam support just informed me that the product is not designed for video conferencing. Here is the response from Jam Support: JamAudio <cservice@jamaudio.com>Tue 06/09/2020 4:36 PM Thank you for your email. They were designed to always ring through them. If you pause them for any reason, they will be disabled and you cannot change this. The best device for communicating with Microsoft Teams is the softphone. Thank you JamAudio.
