I bought this for my teeth grinding 10 year old. We have read and followed all the instructions. The problem was that the molds got so hot, getting them to the right temperature, that it hurt him to bite his mouth and mold them. We tried several times but the shape never curled enough to stay in the mouth. I'm nervous about him sleeping with it because it's shrunken and doesn't even cover his molars, so I see it as a choking hazard. We couldn't get it to fit snugly against his teeth and his mouth (gums and palate) were burned. It might work for a kid with a small mouth but my 10 year old is pretty small for his age with a tiny mouth and it didn't work.
