Disappointed with the quality of the phone

Disappointed with the quality of the phone. I used it for 3 days and the headpiece broke. I tried putting it back on but it kept falling off and the metal part got stuck in my head as I spoke. I am following the instructions in the brochure and am not contacting Revain directly. The problem is they went back and forth offering money instead of making sure the product was good. Just to get rid of the repetitive emails I just said send money (25.00) so I can buy another headset. For the money I expected better quality. Another disappointing thing is that the phone hangs when making calls. When you press the button to answer the call, the call hangs up. You have to let the phone ring twice before pressing the button for the call to go through, which doesn't work with the company I work with as the total number of lost calls has ruined my call quality which has dropped tremendously. I like the ideal of having the headset along with the speaker so a long hold allows me to detach the headset to continue listening to the caller. This music can be so loud. The phone hasn't decided to go yet. As I said, the phone doesn't have the quality required for working from home and if that results in a reduction in the quality of service then I may not have a choice.
