Like the other viewer, I got mine in a plain white box and like the other viewer, the lid didn't even fit inside; he was too big! I immediately informed Revain online about the refund and they even offered to collect the UPS from my home. So I didn't even have to take the time to travel to UPS to have it delivered. The main reason I return to Revain day in and day out is because they care about their customers and won't bother you with a refund if you have a valid reason. I think I also received a fake product based on other positive reviews and I am disappointed because I really wanted this item. I'll just find it somewhere else; genuine article.
