10 ports is great. The 3 powered ports are a nice feature. The build quality is excellent. It simply does not work! When USB devices are plugged into any of the 10 ports, Windows constantly makes "connected/disconnected" noises ("da-ding"/"da-dong"). several per minute until you turn off the hub. I've tried the cable that came with it, another identical cable from another manufacturer, a USB-C to USB-C cable and they all gave the same results. I used different USB ports on the computer to connect the hub. Without change. I have USB devices plugged directly into the computer and they all work there. Either I got a bad block or they're all bad. Such a shame.
