The training was very helpful to our team as we were able to understand what needed to be done in order for us to stay compliant with all of our regulations. It helped that each person could pick their own pace so it fit into their schedule. There are some things you can't see unless you're there but they do have video recordings available if you want to watch them at your leisure after completing the course. I would recommend this program to any business looking to become more secure! We had been doing monthly trainings before and felt like it wasn't enough time or knowledge given to everyone involved. This gave us an opportunity to go through everything from top-to-bottom for every department within our organization.
