My dogs were out growing there other harnesses… they are both now a little overweight, which I will be walking them much more often with these new harnesses. I had a couple harnesses that I had to pull over their heads which they hated those, and I had one mesh harness that they both loved and didn’t try to fight me when I put it on. Therefore, I decided to buy both of my Maltese’s a new harness. One Maltese weighs 10.5lbs which he used to be 7-8lbs and one weighs 13.5lbs now, which he used to be 8-9.5lbs. They are a little over weight, but regardless these harness are very affordable and super comfortable for them. I like how they have a spot to either put a leash clipped on their back or under their chin there is another spot. Both of my dogs used to wear XS, S, but I bought them both a MEDIUM in this harness, due to it running smaller than most other harnesses out there. A lot other harnesses are made for much larger dogs then Maltese’s, so it used to be hard to find a small enough harness. I was a little shocked that they needed mediums. However, I believe these are just made for small dogs and cats as well. They are not intended for large breeds. 100% satisfied with this purchase, and anyone who isn’t either didn’t measure their dogs correctly or are just being negative.
