Ordered 13 for my daughter who is now wearing a 12. Sent them back as they are too small and the hard rubber socks cut into her toes when walking. Addendum to my original review: I received new boots from TopShoes and was glad the return/exchange process was as easy as it was. The new boots suffered from what many others have claimed/shown, which is that the tongue holding the two ends of the cord together immediately came loose. Using a small screwdriver (or the tip of a knife blade - BE CAREFUL) you can undo the locking tab, reinsert the ends of the bungee cord and close again. I did it that way, and melted the ends a bit more with a lighter so they were "thicker" and had less chance of pulling them out again. To be honest I can't increase my star rating as I have to do that with both boots before they can be worn. I don't think I would buy them again rather than get something from the store to hold my hands before buying. Now for the good. Support contacted me after I processed my return on Amazon and offered a free pair of boots (which I base my update on). My daughter loves the color and they fit better than the size I usually buy for her (ordered a size up) and she didn't tell me she had cold feet. Having only recently had our first snowfall I can't confirm the waterproofing or even will they work well when it comes to playing in the snow but fingers crossed there won't be any more issues.
