My autistic son (10 year old) with braces had this toothbrush at his father's house and liked it more than his much more expensive brush at ours so now he has this and at us at home. He likes the shape and size of the brush head. We gifted it to him at the end of December and 2 months later still haven't had to charge it. Charging is via a USB cable, which is really odd for a toothbrush, so I bought a bathroom outlet with USB charging ports. Very easy.
