Review on 📚 U-Create Sketch Book, Acid & Lignin Free, 9.5 x 6 inches, 57 lb Paper (53008) by Summer Hendricks

I have always drawn. Whether it's napkins in a coffee shop or the backs of envelopes, nothing is safe. Sometimes my ink doodles and drawings get quite complex, but in the end I rarely keep these "masterpieces" because they are usually kept on a sheet of paper. This U-Create sketchbook is just what I need. First, the smaller size (9.5 x 6 inches) is perfect for portability. I can even put this sketchbook in one of my little bags. Second, there are 70 sheets, or 140 if I'm using double-sided (which is entirely possible given the paper weighs 57 pounds and the spiral binding makes it easy to access both sides). This is enough space for doodles and sketches to last for quite a while. The back is made of heavier chipboard so I can easily write, draw or sketch even if I don't have a desk surface. Finally, I realized that I am much more of an analogue person. Sure, I store numbers and other information on my smartphone, but there's something about the tactile feel of pen on paper when jotting down that I really trust and enjoy. This sketchbook is also perfect for my purposes. Please note that this is not a professional artist's notebook and according to the product information it is only suitable for "ink, pastel, chalk and pencil". However, it's acid and lignin free, so my scratches and doodles will probably last longer than I have.
