Looks don't matter. After all, this is a CL2 cable for use behind walls. But of course it looks good. The plugs are a great silver color and the braiding on the wire looks like a nice tweed. I hooked it up to my latest generation Apple TV and immediately got questions about HDR (a sign it's working) and a notification that it was a 4K at 60Hz signal. .28 AWG wire is slightly more flexible than the three-year-old Monoprice wire it replaces. length 20 feet. I thought it was 7ft too long but after getting through the wall and media cabinet it's perfect. It doesn't matter which ending it's on TV and which one is in the source, but it's well marked. I will buy 3 more.
