Great product, even better support and service
The ability for my staff members (and myself) at any time in our day or week-to! schedule access this tool from anywhere with internet connection is great!! I like that it gives us all an overall picture so we know what needs attention first before starting each project/task as well how long until completion etc.. It's not easy using software but once one gets used too there isn't much difficultly navigating around either. We have been able t o utilize some features where others haven’t yet learned them which has helped out tremendously!
Pros
- Ability to easily check off items complete during various tasks along way makes things very simple while keeping organized & structured, no more trying figure everything back later because you forget when something was due!!! As far organizing goes its just easier than traditional filing systems..it allows people who may be less technical savvy such me ,the opportunity learn better ways about accessing information without having
