UPDATE #2. So after waiting 3 months for Martrams to build a new batch of these wallets based on my feedback I have now received a free replacement wallet which provides a solution to the issues I have below regarding the faulty screws have mentioned. I can confirm that all the screws on the new wallet can be removed as intended. Everyone should buy this product now with the confidence that it will perform as designed and advertised. So I'm changing my rating from two to four stars. However, my choice of four stars over five is because the overall product and finished experience can still be improved. My Martrams SUGGESTIONS (which I have already shared with you): 1). The screws in the wallet should be standard torx screws for the user's convenience. --- Torx is the most common, but instead Martrams uses a lesser-known type of bit that I can't exactly identify. 2). You need a big screwdriver in the box. --- A small screwdriver is included, but it is too short and the handle is too thin, which makes it insufficient to loosen the wallet's screws. You will still need to use pliers to clamp the screwdriver to have enough leverage to remove all of the screws. I advised Martrams to take a look at the screwdriver that comes with one of their competitors' products - Ridge Wallet - which is the kind of screwdriver Martrams should have. it is much nicer, richer and lasts better.3). You need to make it easier to get the screwdriver out of the box. In its current form, the cut-out in the foam is too narrow and too deep to easily remove the screwdriver from the box. I needed needle nose pliers to remove them. If Martrams makes these three changes to this wallet - which they can do very easily - then this product is perfect and deserves five stars. Why they have chosen not to do this for the last four months {since I first made my original suggestions} I don't understand. I believe any sane company would want to improve their products and it would take very little effort on their part to make those changes. ----------- UPDATE #1. I'm taking my rating down to two stars for one reason: the wallet comes with screws on the front and back that are supposed to be removable so people can "flood" onto their wallet if they want to replace the elastic band . I was only able to loosen the screws on the front of the wallet. But the screws on the back are another matter. You won't give in. My attempts to loosen the screws on the back panel could be frustrating because they are so tight there! The company must have hired King Kong or the Incredible Hulk to turn these screws because they are immobile! Therefore, without the ability to cancel them, the wallet receives a significant downgrade in its rating. I am working with a company to solve this problem. ----------- ORIGINAL RATING. I just received this wallet to replace my bent and aging Ridge wallet. Great design, looks fantastic. RFID protection. Holds many cards. Works perfectly! I probably have about 12 cards totaling about 1/2 inch thick, not counting the wallet. Included are extra screws, a small screwdriver and an extra elastic band in case you need to replace any of these. I love the carbon fiber look, the carbon fiber insert on the money strap and the aluminum accents.
