Review on SonarPen - Pressure Sensitive Smart Stylus Pen With Palm Rejection And Shortcut Button by Robert Long

I was so excited about this stylus! I saw it about a year ago and wanted to buy it but when I had extra money it sold out. So when I received a generous donation on my Patreon, the first thing I did was buy it. Before you check supported applications. When I got it I tried plugging it in and using it in Procreate. But it did not work. After playing around with it and the app's settings for a while (to no avail), I went to the product's website and found to my horror that Procreate was not supported. This confused me as I could have sworn it was supported a year ago AND there are YouTube and Revain reviews saying it actually works with Procreate. Needless to say, I was heartbroken. I had to return it as I don't want to learn a whole new app just to use this pen. I think I'll look for another pressure sensitive pen that works with both iPad and Procreate. easier said than done. 4-star rating (instead of 5-star rating) is not due to the lack of a stylus that supports my app. The magnet on the iPad holder broke within seconds of being plugged in. Easy to fix with some epoxy but should have stuck better anyway. It would be really bad if it broke while I was away and I lost the pen. Also, the cable is pretty annoying. Difficult. Was in my way and started to annoy me after a few minutes. If it weren't for that, I might be a little more willing to explore another app. If it worked with Procreate I'd probably just scrap it. This is such a creative unique stylus! Also, one of the employees contacted me to make sure the product arrived on time and undamaged and asked if I had any problems or complaints. Really great company. Just so sad I couldn't use it. Spring. Maybe it will be supported (again?) in the future.
