It was just what I needed. My daughter wanted her first laptop for Christmas. When I finally got it (I'll explain later), I opened it. It was packaged well and showed no signs of wear or damage. It looked brand new. It started right away. I went through the entire setup process with no problems. It seems to be a very good computer for beginners. I am overall very happy with my purchase. After months of searching this is perfect for what I need. Now for the comment on when I got it. There was a problem with the delivery, not the seller's fault. There were some issues with the local post office in my area. When my package did not arrive as expected, I contacted the seller. They contacted me immediately and completely solved all the problems.
