This product is amazing! I was able to quickly set up a new account within minutes, and it worked great from start to finish.
When I ran across a problem, they responded immediately and resolved the issue quickly. One thing I didn't realize was that I could have saved a lot of money if I used their free tier plan. While I am now paying $50/month for unlimited incoming calls and texts, I'm saving money because I'm not paying for outgoing calls. I'm sure this will save me thousands over the course of the next few years. Highly recommended.

- The setup is easy and it only takes a few minutes
- Unlimited incoming calls and text messages are included
Cons
- Can be difficult to find people to help with issues that aren't part of the initial setup or any additional questions.
- Some features don't work as well as advertised, like creating reports
- Has many options and menus and some buttons and links are hard to locate
