Review on 🎄 NOMA Heritage Incandescent C7 Multi-Color Mercury Christmas Lights - 20 Bulbs, 20-Foot String Light for Indoor & Outdoor Use by Amy Meyer

The light is beautiful. However, we did get the lights and were happy to hang them on the porch. We pulled them and in 5 minutes max 2 bulbs burned out. Maybe a minute between burnouts. Okay, according to the packaging and website (Noma), we have two spares with us. There are no spare bulbs in the box. Okay we really like them, we tried emailing Noma to ask where we can buy replacement bulbs, hit send and nothing like the email account wasn't legit . So I tried to post a question on their website asking where to buy replacement bulbs. I received an email reply asking me to verify my email address, which I did, and no questions or answers from Noma via email or on their website. So I decided to write a review. There is a rating there stating that the reviewer was rewarded for their glowing review. So I wrote and posted a review. I received an email from Noma thanking me for the review and asking me to confirm my email address. I did it again. And went back to their website, and no reviews, no questions asked. Yes, visually these lights are exactly what we wanted, but the quality and total lack of any type of customer service tells me I would not recommend this company (Noma) to anyone. Today we will call your CS line.
