Review on Enhancing Call Center Efficiency with 🎧 Jabra Biz 2300 USB Duo Wired Professional Headset by Dale Hing

Received one of these as a new home headset. It had been a week and I used it once but at the time it was pretty damn good. Audio input and output quality is excellent. The noise cancellation is what you would expect. If possible, use leather ear pads. Foam earphones are not good for my ears. After this particular port, a 3.5mm jack is used instead of USB. Overall it's not a BIG deal breaker since I didn't pay for it, but I prefer USB audio for desktop work when there's no built-in speaker/mic. Overall, this is my only con and that's why I gave it a 4/5 rating. Of course there are better options on the market, but I really appreciate it for having used it. Still not a bad choice.
