This is a good compression garment that, like tights, does not lose its shape and compression properties even after several washes. (Wash in COLD Dry LOW - line dry per directions.) I work for a very large company in a VERY large warehouse where I move 500 pound pallets all night. Every night is like a 10 hour workout. Now I wear one of these to work every night. I cannot recommend them enough for endurance athletes. This shirt (similar to tights) absorbs sweat, instantly spreads it over a large area and is actually cooler than a t-shirt and shorts. The main reason I need them is because they keep me from chafing. I just wish there was a drawstring waist instead of a fancy "underwear" like belt, but I still give them 5 stars. These drskins are the way to go.
