The device failed earlier. fits RV parts and accessories

I've only used it 4 or 5 times, kept it indoors and the cord/plug failed within 2 weeks of the warranty expiring. One of the three ports is open, meaning it no longer works. VERY disappointed with the money spent. I want my money back. I'm not sure if the manufacturer supports this or not. Returns are welcome.
