Fake female electrolysis fit

I bought these and of course you don't use them all at once. The first cartridge was great and lasted as it should. The second took about 20 pulses so I put in the third and it took about 8 pulses and they were both done. It's not cheap and I want a refund or send me new cartridges. I can't believe I would have broken 2 out of 3 of them.
