These fidget firecrackers are the perfect activity for kids who are still doing part-time lessons at the virtual school. Between sessions we buy a few of these 10x10 grid squares both for personal use and for a fun game called Clapping Race. Here we sit opposite each other and take turns popping, so each player can pop 3 pieces, starting on their side to the opposite side. Each pop-up bubble must be clicked sequentially from the previous indented bubble. It's fun and fast when a row is complete when just one more bubble is lifted in that row. There is a small round hole in the top corner for hanging, but we didn't use it to hang to dry. They're easy to sanitize when they get sticky or dirty, as these silicone-like toys tend to attract dust, dirt, hair, and crumbs from your fingers. This square is strong and thick enough to withstand punctures or tears, but our kids won't bite, chew, or try to tear them apart.
