I like that it allows me access from anywhere in my organization at any time through our web browser or mobile app! It's also really easy as an admin user when editing content (ie adding links). The support team can be very slow sometimes but overall they are great people who know their product well so no complaints there about them directly :) We're solving two issues here - 1) having all of your docs stored centrally accessible by anyone regardless if you have SharePoint online/on-prem installed 2) being able get instant approvals / changes made even while away via phone etc without waiting days after submitting request!!
