I use it for Jiu-Jitsu
Highly recommended. I broke my wrist when I was younger and never fully recovered. I did Jiu-Jitsu and noticed that my wrist was getting more and more damaged and injured over time. I use this and it feels great, stays in place and most importantly provides support and protection for my wrist while skating. I recommend it holds up well.
