One of the thin puller arms broke on the first try (on a very stubborn cam seal). Instead I used this puller with screws. The seal came out immediately. phew! I'd rather use screws anyway (assuming you CAREFULLY drill through the guide screws). Because you don't risk scratching the cam by inserting the levers (other tools have thicker levers - but then you risk scratching the cam even more by trying to force the levers between the seal and the cam).
