I usually carry plastic shakers for protein powders, pre-workouts, BCAAs and more. However, I'm bad at forgetting them and then leaving the used bottles in my office or car overnight. Then what was in the bottle left its mark on the bottle for a while, smelling like a fruity pre-workout after a few good washes. This stainless steel bottle does not absorb odors! The lid closes snugly and tightly and also has a rubber O-ring to create an even better leak seal. My only real complaint is that dropping the bottle usually leaves a dent. where the plastic bottle just bounces, but that's primarily just my clumsiness. Pros: - easy to clean - markings can be seen inside the bottle - rubber o-ring makes a great seal, stays closed if you drop it (even when full!) Cons: - dents when dropped drops - doesn't insulate so the contents get spacious very quickly Temperature Overall I like this shaker. This is a great alternative to my plastic bottles and should withstand many more nasty drops!
