Bought for our little boy who is almost 1 year old. This is for entertainment before or after meals/snacks while we prepare or clean up food for him or the rest of the family. We also use it when we need to distract him from something for a while by putting him on a high chair (when his siblings have little Legos or when we're mopping the floor, for example). He doesn't like the toy, but it's funny enough that if we walk by and twirl it around, it will hold his attention for a while and he won't cry to get off. We are satisfied with how well the suction works. He's only taken it off the tray once so far, and it may not have stuck well. It's also easy to wash him under the tap if he's smeared baby food on it. We would buy it again.
