Review on Complete Home Repair Tool Set - Eastvolt 128-Piece Tool Set With Storage Toolbox by Tim Sterling

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not the most impressive tool kit (update)

I was surprised at the compact size of this tool kit to have 128 pieces in it. I actually like the look and design of the case. The 2 latches that lock the case, look like cheap plastic. When I first opened the case up a few of the pieces were scattered and not positioned where they should lie in the case.I was disappointed to see a bleak selection of actual tools. Although it does provide you with the standard tools you would expect to be in a tool kit, almost half of the 128 pieces were a little box of unwanted fasteners (not included in the description on the amazon page). There are several screwdrivers, a hammer, wrench, small ratchet set, pliers, measuring tape, electrical tape, 30 bits and 2 sets of Allen wrenches (SAE and metric). I really expected more from a 128 piece set.The quality of the tools look kind of cheap and seem dinky to me. They might be good for some small projects around the house, but if you pay a little more, you can get a tool kit that is more versatile and better quality.Update: I’m bumping this up 1 star. This toolset has a few good quality pieces that have slowly become my go to items. The magnetic screwdriver is pretty handy.
