What a price! I'm glad I stumbled across this Kia keychain before I gave it to a dealership for a few hundred bucks. Easier to make than I expected. The hardest part was the key + spring + button. I watched a video on youtube to see how to do it and it really helped; The PCB and battery transfer was easy; it was a spring-loaded key that took several tries. I had to use the button from the old key fob instead of the one that came with it; For one reason or another, it didn't jump out of the hull. But the old button worked with the new spring and key from the old fob. Aside from that small issue, it worked (and continues to work) great! I saved over $200 by making it myself!
