The retaining ring on the shore power connector broke and I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to purchase a replacement rather than buying a whole new connector. My only concern is that it comes with no installation instructions and there is a risk of breaking the new ring trying to install it. Here's how I installed it without breaking it: I soaked the ring in hot water first to make it softer and less brittle. During the soak, I smeared the flange on the connector housing that was about to slip off with liquid dish soap. To install a new ring, light pressure is enough.
